Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some frequently asked questions.

Question 1: What types of notary services do you provide?

I offer mobile notary services for in-person signings in Citrus, Levy, Hernando, or Marion County, Florida, and Remote Online Notary (RON) services for clients anywhere in the United States. Whether it’s loan signings, affidavits, wills, power of attorney, or general notarizations, I’m here to make the process seamless and stress-free.

Question 2: What is a Remote Online Notary (RON), and how does it work?

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to have documents notarized entirely online via a secure platform. We connect through video chat, and you electronically sign your documents while I notarize them digitally. This service is fast, secure, and legally binding across the U.S.

Question 3: What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?

For any notary service, please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). For online notarization, you’ll also need a stable internet connection, access to a webcam, and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).

Question 4: How much do you charge for your services?

My fees are competitive and in line with Florida state guidelines

: Mobile Notary Services: Starting at $10 per notarization plus travel fees (based on distance). Remote Online Notary (RON): Starting at $25 per notarization. Loan Signings: Pricing varies depending on document size and requirements. Please contact me for a personalized quote tailored to your needs.

What if I schedule and I need to change the time or decide I don't need a notary anymore?

Booking the time on the calendar reserves the time. However, no payment is collected until after we talk and agree upon the terms.
